Pork Belly Restaurant opened its doors first in 2016. The idea of Erick and Carmen came to live in a small setting. Over the years they have grown the restaurant to offer different spaces to enjoy lunch and dinner, or have a cocktail on the terrace.
Chef Erick has worked in kitchens all over Europe. He combines his interational experience with his mexican heritage. His passion for smoked dishes is the basis for Pork Belly restaurant. Everything from meat, fish and vegetables you will find in his smoker.
